You warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated is truthful, complete, and accurate. jl24 is entitled to rely on the information provided and bears no liability for errors arising from inaccurate, outdated, or misleading registration details supplied by the Player. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and must notify jl24 promptly of any changes.
As part of jl24's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, the Company may at any time request supporting documents to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods. Commonly requested documents include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, UMID, PhilSys, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl24 account credentials, including your password, one-time PINs (OTPs), and any authentication tokens associated with your account. You agree to:
jl24 will never ask you for your full password or OTP via phone call, SMS, email, or any messaging platform. Any communication purporting to be from jl24 and requesting such information should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately. jl24 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, where such failure constitutes a breach of these Terms.
jl24 accepts deposits exclusively through verified payment channels available to Philippine players. Accepted deposit methods currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment channel.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your jl24 wallet instantly upon confirmation by the respective payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited within approximately 5 to 30 minutes during banking hours, subject to inter-bank processing times. jl24 is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider's systems.
The functional currency of jl24 player wallets is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits in foreign currencies or via international payment methods not listed above are not currently accepted. USDT deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing rate at time of deposit, as displayed in the deposit interface.
jl24 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name. Deposits using payment methods belonging to another person — including family members — are prohibited and may be returned. Deposits suspected to be connected to criminal activity, including money laundering, will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
Players may request withdrawal of their real money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as a fraud prevention and AML compliance measure.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, excluding requests that require additional verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically credited within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals process within one to three banking business days, depending on the receiving institution.
jl24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where unusual account activity is detected. This requirement is a legal compliance obligation and not a discretionary withholding of funds. Delays arising from incomplete or pending KYC documentation are outside jl24's liability.
Bonus funds credited to your jl24 account are not directly withdrawable. To convert bonus funds to real money eligible for withdrawal, the applicable wagering requirements (also referred to as turnover or rollover requirements) must be completed in full. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure before wagering requirements are met.
jl24 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Participation in any jl24 promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific promotion terms applicable to that offer, in addition to these Terms.
Wagering requirements represent the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before the bonus (and any winnings derived from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means the Player must wager ₱30,000 before the bonus converts. Wagering contributions vary by game type and are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
Each game category available on jl24 — including Color Game, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots, bingo, and sports betting markets — is governed by specific game rules published within the game interface or in the Help section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers.
All non-live-dealer game outcomes on jl24 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG has been independently tested and certified to produce statistically random, unpredictable results. The RNG certification is maintained as a condition of jl24's operation under the PAGCOR framework.
Live dealer games, including Color Game and live baccarat, are streamed from controlled studio environments and conducted by trained professional dealers. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, wheels, or color game drums) in real time. Video streams are monitored and logged for integrity verification.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a round, jl24 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund stakes to the Player's account. jl24 is not liable for losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications network outages.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sub-license, or create derivative works based on any jl24 content without prior written consent from jl24. Unauthorized use of jl24 intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may be subject to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl24's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits jl24's liability for death or personal injury caused by jl24's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of jl24's services, you should contact jl24 customer support in the first instance using the contact details in Section 17 below. jl24 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receipt of complete supporting information.
If jl24's internal dispute resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using its published player complaint channels. jl24 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR investigations and dispute resolution proceedings.
All game results are logged by jl24's systems and are considered final. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, jl24's system records shall be the primary source of truth. Video recordings of live dealer sessions are retained for a minimum of 90 days and may be reviewed as part of a dispute investigation.
jl24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — jl24 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 calendar days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Continued use of the jl24 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and jl24 submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14.
jl24 operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR and is subject to all applicable Philippine legislation governing online gaming, anti-money laundering, data privacy, and consumer protection.
